Create and execute test plans/cases based on project requirements and design specifications. Verify expected results. Work under the guidance of a mentor to analyze application software to ensure quality standards are met. Major Activities: Work closely with assigned mentor, Developers, Business Analysts and participate in the product design process including requirement, design and other document reviews Support the entire test and validation process, getting involved early in the product development cycle continuing through product deployment Analyze requirements and design documents in order to develop comprehensive and efficient tests Develop detailed test plans/cases from use cases, detailed specifications etc. Execute manual and/or automated tests, document results and update defect tracking systems Physical ATM and ATM simulator testing is extremely important to this job. Education: BS Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience Additional Requirements: 2-3 years experience in software testing Analytical/technical background and knowledge of software development methodologies Demonstrated ability to work independently given clear direction or as part of a team and manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast paced environment Demonstrated ability to work on simple to moderately complex tasks within established timelines Good verbal & written communication and presentation skills • Knowledgeable in technologies as required by Business Unit Test and in certifying ATM (Automated teller Machine) service software. • Engage in full-time PC usage with LAN, Tandem system resources, physical ATM and ATM simulator. • Understanding of EFT terminology is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Fluency in Spanish a plus.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
