Communication and large team experience Project Details: -Responsible for working on the project, NAEP, which is basically a national report card test given by the US Government. They choose at random 150 people across the US to test how the US is doing overall. -The Client Management Team (sales people) interface directly with the client to understand their needs / communicate throughout the process and the Assessment Developers are the intermediate client that work with this team to make sure they know what they need to create based on the requirements -Agile-ish environment but is even more highly iterative. i.e. instead of two week sprints, they do a couple day sprints Day-to-Day: -Work with the AD team to gather requirements -Based on the requirements, look into the library of components that have been built and see if they have the right components to satisfy the requirements or if they need to build a new component **test questions are broken into components i.e. interactions (physically can touch / change i.e. a protractor that you can measure a triangle on a test) - this group only deals with interactive components -If the candidate needs to build a new component, they need to work with the AD team to do this -After that is decided, they need to create a story in agile to satisfy the requirements -Can be managing anywhere from 6-36 components at a time so it is a very fast-paced environment Team: -18 Devs -5 BAs -5 QAs -1 Dev Lead -1 QA Lead   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
