Understanding of marketing cloud and marketing platforms. Experience in Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce or IBM Marketing platforms is a strong plus. Good understanding of Multi-channel marketing automation and analytics platforms. Understanding of Hubspot and Eloqua Platforms. Data Analytics: Knowledge of data analytics tools used at VZW (Sprinklr, Clarabridge, Tableau etc.) and new ones we should use. Identify measurable and experience opportunities. Be able to assess value of ideas/ opportunities. Work in a matrix organization to drive data analytics powered progress. Over jointly agreed time develop the discipline and expertise in area of data analytics. Spot potential to implement innovative new methodologies and improve analytical procedure Agile and non-Agile Project Management: Understand and communicate Agile and other project management methodologies. Be responsible for E2E delivery of project - tactical or strategic - coming through any stakeholder. Identify, understand, create dependency matrix and accordingly create the project plan for success. Periodically perform critical path dependency analysis and take appropriate action to ensure delivery. Understand the domain and know the SMEs to ask the right questions to prioritize and perform necessary follow ups to resolve any issues and drive progress. System and User Acceptance testing coordination: Oversee test plan(s) development, test cases, tracking issues & resolution, go/no go checkpoints Project implementation: Building implementation guides and schedules, mitigating risks and building contingency/back-out plans managing cross functional business teams including utilization of new systems, user assistance, issue resolution, and post production support for new functionality delivered Requirements Analysis and Benchmarking: Responsible for all aspects of requirements, documentation and communication. Provide approach and systems requirements/ specification for IT teams to develop, test, deploy and other functions. Business value assessment, ROI calculation, rationalization and communication Acts as IT liaison between business/ stakeholders and ESP IT (Development and QA). Perform technical analysis activities including design and documentation of Business, System, and functional related requirements. Perform gap analysis, identify and mitigate site performance concerns, perform look and feel, usability, experience and functional assessment. Perform internal and external benchmarking and work with business and agency teams to drive best in class design.
