Analyze business needs, document requirements, translate needs into functional, nonfunctional and/or technical specifications. 3. Document requirements and workflows for new and existing applications. 4. Work on Proof of concept requirements and vendor needed requirements 5. Create and maintain System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) artifacts, including requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and test cases. 6. Create and execute end-to-end test plans, managing all test plan activities to ensure objectives are met and the solution works as expected. 7. Plan and assist with oversight of testing processes and activities including defect identification and resolution. 8. Develop or assist in the development of work plans, time schedules, and project task items and schedules and prepare routine project status reports. 9. Clearly communicate, both written and verbally with customers and IT staff 10.
