The programs are targeted to but not limited to the following populations: Dislocated Workers, Trade Act, Youth, Incumbent Workers, Business Services/Incentives, Parolee Employment Placement Program (PEPP), WorkFirst New Jersey (WFNJ), Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), Adult Literacy, and Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVRS). Services are delivered in conjunction with our Workforce Employment Services unit and our county/state/non-profit partners. In order to ensure the successful implementation of this endeavor it is necessary to ensure staffing with expertise in business analysis to coordinate the design and integration of the new IT solution. Additionally, requirements planning, functional design, business process modeling and enterprise business analysis. Work with functional and technical stakeholders to identify, define and document business needs and requirements in order to create a requirements traceability matrix and detailed requirements documentation. This position will include the analysis of current as-is and to-be business and technical requirements/processes and the development of corresponding use case for multiple business/program process flows/modules. Additionally, once requirements are reviewed and approved this position will be required to develop detailed data mapping analysis documentation of all existing Workforce automated systems to be utilized during conversion to the new system. This position is necessary to provide the support that will result in our successful modernization while understanding current technical operations to ensure that New Jerseys citizens are being served properly during our transition. This is a significant need that cannot be met under out current staffs skill sets and workload demands. Failure to add this position may result in an inability to meet the expectations of this modernization effort to better serve the clients that need our assistance the most. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct user research to assess customer pain point and identify opportunities and risks on improving customers Digital experience. • Capture requirements from various stakeholders, synthesize them with scope and priority, expected behavior, and risks associated with the request • Work with design team and involved in various brainstorming session and sketch session to discuss the business scope, provide design feedback in terms of performance, customer experience and security measures before sharing with business stakeholders to finalize the design. • Perform GAP Analysis and document the gap between the existing established business requirements and the “as” is business model to define requirements for the procurement of a new system • Identify different issues/risk associated with the Epic/Feature/Stories, communicate with business team or Product owner and determine the risk mitigation plan with the team to tackle the challenge • Ensure productivity of the team by creating and maintaining documentation • Responsible for creating various user flow diagram, data flow diagram, and various ad-hoc reports as per business request. • Assess various documentation of the project to provide feedback on the team needs. • Responsible to coordinate between State Agency Project Manager & Vendor to run the process fl   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
