If issue cannot be resolved, send ticket to tier 2 for support. • Keep updates of printer inventory and cartridges/toner orders • Keeps a calendar for all projector and laptop and conference room needs up-to-date • Maintain job postings for DHS • Monitor the Whats up application to make sure all servers/routers are up and running.
