The Sr. Consultant will need to set up folder structures for the various agencies/divisions and apply the proper permissions to the folders. They will need to convert existing workflows into MOVEit automation tasks. The consultant should be familiar the workings of an IBM mainframe as there are many inbound files that go to the mainframe. The consultant will be required to help resolve issues with MOVEit when they occur. The Sr. Consultant should understand NJ government business process and operations. Project Management experience is a plus. They should work well with IT and functional areas. They should be able to evaluate and revise current structure and settings. They may be required to lead and direct the work of others. Should be knowledgeable of project management tools. Ensures that all project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives. Determine time estimates and schedule for own work and resolve issues in a timely manner. Develop contingency plans as necessary. Execution of all responsibilities with little direct supervision. Proficient in developing and providing high-level executive briefings. Mentor and coach peers. Provide knowledge transfer to peers.
