Complete Description: DMC3 - Years of Relevant Experience: 7 plus years Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Role Description: The vendor will be required to meet with Capital Program Management and determine their Internet restructuring needs. The vendor will be required to first complete a "Logical System Architecture Review" (LSAR) to help the NJ Office of Information Technology (OIT) evaluate the proposed solution within an architectural framework and help OIT plan for the stated needs in the New Jersey Shared IT Infrastructure (SITI) hosting environment. The information will help OIT better understand the business requirements and technical needs. This document is used for the Logical System Architecture Review and is referred to in the Physical Architecture review known as the PSAR. The vendor must implement the design as per the existing Internet database architecture and site design requirements. There is a need to also expand this capability to cover a variety of management areas such as risk management, schedule management and so forth. The contemplated enhancements to the Capital Project Delivery web site are to be done in order to significantly reduce design costs and improve project design management.
