This position is for a Project Manager with program management experience to oversee the NJ Statewide Health Information Network (NJ HIN) which exchanges clinical and public health data via national interoperability standards throughout the state. The successful candidate has experience managing vendors, budgets, grants, and information technology projects. Experience leading advisory councils, outreach to providers and hospitals, consensus building across conflicting priorities. An ideal candidate will have managed and worked health information exchanges, meaningful use guidelines, and Medicaid systems, but this is not required. This position is seeking an individual with IT knowledge and formal Project Management experience that has worked and managed HIE systems, to coordinate relationships with Hospital and Medical institution CTOs and CIOs. This includes the need to speak with Doctors and hospital Administrators and should have experience doing so in a PM capacity. Candidate should have budgetary experience and have worked with high level executives on advisory councils or collaborative organizations.
