Manage print streams from various systems. Complete Description : Roles : * Serve as a technician for computer operations and production. * Enter commands to integrate and operate equipment. * IBM Z series mainframe w/ZOS. * Answers helpdesk/network control calls off hours/weekends. * Monitors and responds to scheduling software, (TWS prefered). Prints and distributes output. * Monitor systems for failures and errors, and troubleshoot. * Performs duties related to Operations peripheral devices. * Reviews, analyzes and corrects job control language. * Documents all failures and problems that occur during shift. Reports all problems to supervisor. * Works a 3 day, 35 hour night shift workweek. * Must be able to work rotating shift.
