Liaises between the software users and the software developers. Conveys the demands of software users to the developers. Senior 60 - Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education. 60 months experience gathering/analyzing business requirements and converting these into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development. 60 months experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, use cases, report specifications, user interface specification and non-functional requirements specifications. 60 months experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions using focus groups, user interviews or subject matter experts and serving as the liaison between users and developer to ensure requirements are understood, conveyed and met. 36 months creating test plans and test cases, working with users on User Acceptance Testing and communicating issues to the development team. 36 months experience managing requirements including creation and execution of Requirements Management Plan, requirement traceability matrix, establishing req baseline and managing change control. 18 months experience developing end user training materials 18 months experience working with Oracle 10g/11g databases or analyzing SAS datasets 12 months experience working on highly secure data systems containing personal health information Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar field. Day-to-Day tasks Mobile App Analysis Inventories the current data systems and tables required for the work of the end-users. Beta tests newly developed features and comparing the efficiency to the system that is being retired. Establishes templates for reporting performance metrics on integrated STD/HIV partner services data entry system. Studies the software application domain, prepares software requirements, and specification documents. Liaises between the software users and the software developers.
