Responsibilities

TVT is a NYS HBITS Prime Vendor! Are you Tech Terrific, an innovative thinker, and have great interpersonal skills? We have a 30-month project with our client in Albany, NY that requires a Project Manager.

Staff augmentation to provide project management related tasks?for projects such as?those listed above. This project manager may manage other projects as well.

Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to:

Act as facilitator and primary project manager for?multiple?projects related to OMH?Business efforts.???
Use project management methodology and documentation to manage projects. Plan and facilitate all required project and technical meetings including demonstrations of application development progress.??
Provide Agendas and Distribute Meeting Minutes for all Project Management Meetings.
Use?project management tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Visio to delegate staff assignments, track project status and determine time estimates.??
Provide regular?status reports detailing project metrics,?progress, and mitigation strategies underway to address concerns.??
Coordinate and Partner with Project Resources including Technical Lead, Developers and Business Analysts.
Coordinate the?development of test plans and testing?with the Project Technical Lead.?
Adhere to all NYS Project Management?directives and processes.?

Mandatory Qualifications:

Plans, organizes, and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.
84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Preferred Qualifications:

96?Months?Experience as a Project Manager, managing project execution and control, including?maintaining project budgets, Microsoft project schedules, scope requirements, status reports, communication plans, and quality standards.
96?Months?Experience as a Lead Project Manager using the Secure Software Development Life Cycle including the use of Planning, Analysis, Design & Development, Implementation, Testing and Release to Production activities for new software implementations.
48 Months Experience managing Patient Management Systems (including but not limited to Patient Appointment Scheduling, Admission, Discharge and Transfer, and Clinical Documentation) which include interfaces to external systems (such as lab systems, data warehouse and pharmacy systems).
24 Months Experience managing Human Resource Hiring Management Systems that include applications, scoring candidates and maintaining eligible lists, sending canvasses and eventual interview, and hiring.
48 Months Experience working on projects that required working with architecture team to comprehend technical requirements such as server and database requirements for multiple environments.
48 Months Experience managing projects with Application Programming Interfaces (API), and other interfaces that send and receive data between systems and interface with other state agency applications.
48 Months?Project Management experience implementing healthcare related projects which contain Health Care data that falls under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
48?Months?Project?Management experience leading projects with direct stakeholder involvement at state government director level and above.
24 Months?Experience managing Project Management functions in Service Now Project Management Software to update and maintain project management records, such as start/end date, estimates, cost plan, change request,?maintain milestones, enter status report, etc.?
