We have a 24-month project with our client in Albany, NY that requires a Project Manager, Expert Staff augmentation to provide project management related tasks to multiple Secure Software Development Lifecycle Projects and Infrastructure projects as needed. Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Act as facilitator and primary project manager for?multiple?projects related to OASAS Business efforts.?? Use project management methodology and documentation to manage projects. Plan and facilitate all required project and technical meetings including demonstrations of application development progress.? Provide Agendas and Distribute Meeting Minutes for all Project Management Meetings. Use?project management tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Visio to delegate staff assignments, track project status and determine time estimates.? Provide regular?status reports detailing project metrics, progress, and mitigation strategies underway to address concerns.? Coordinate and Partner with Project Resources including Technical Lead, Developers and Business Analysts. Coordinate the development of test plans and testing with the Project Technical Lead. Adhere to all NYS Project Management directives and processes. Mandatory Qualifications: Plans, organizes, and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact. 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 96?Months?Experience as a Project Manager, managing project execution and control, including?maintaining project budgets, Microsoft project schedules, scope, requirements, status reports, communication plans, and quality standards. 96 Months?Experience as a Lead Project Manager using the Secure Software Development Lifecycle including the use of Planning, Analysis, Design & Development, Implementation, Testing and Release to Production activities for new software implementations. 60 Months Project Management experience implementing Electronic Medical Record healthcare related projects which contain Health Care data that falls under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI). 48 Months Experience providing technical support to facilitate understanding of IT related proposed contract scopes of work to ensure they are written in a manner that assures implementation of version upgrades, installations, configurations, custom development, triage and troubleshooting incidents, and testing. 60 Months Experience managing Data Warehouse application development projects including reports generation and application integration. 60 Months???
