Job Description Developer: Cognos BI 8.4.1, EP Models In Cognos Planning 8.4.1, SQL Server 2005/2008, SQL Server Integration Services SQL Serv

Description :

Responsibilities :

A candidate will be responsible for the following:
- development and administration of Framework models, reports and cubes in Cognos BI 8.4.1
- administration and maintenance of EP models in Cognos Planning 8.4.1
More than 5 years of overall hands-on experience in development and administration of BI applications such as Framework models, reports and cubes, etc. in Cognos BI 8.x including latest projects in Cognos BI 8.4.1.
Hand-on experience in administration and configuration of EP models in Cognos Planning 8.4.1
Expert knowledge of data modeling and warehousing techniques and software development life cycle methodologies.
More than 3 years of writing T-SQL queries against SQL Server 2005/2008 databases
Hands-on experience with ETL tools such Microsofts SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Knowledge of financial systems
Capacity and performance monitoring..
