Description:


Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers
Develop batch application using .net, oracle
Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
Communicate software requirements to app dev team members
Develop software with modern web development frameworks

Mandatory Qualifications:

Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.

84+ months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Preferred Qualifications:

84 months experience in development, support and implementation of software related to policy administration and maintenance for New York State Workers Compensation Insurance

84 months experience in development, support and implementation of software related to policy premium calculation and billing/collection for New York State Workers Compensation Insurance and Disability Insurance

60 months experience in development, support and implementation of software related to actuarial data computation and gathering for New York State Workers Compensation Insurance

84 months experience with Oracle PL/SQL utilizing Packages, Types, Objects, Triggers and Advanced Queuing

84 months experience in Oracle database-related development using Visual Studio 2010 or newer

84 months experience with web browser application development using Java script, CSS, XML, Xslt, html and AJAX.

36 months with Plan view PPM Pro (formerly Innotas)
