Due Date: 5/12/2019 Need 2 References with resume (please send via email) Primary Skill: 5+ years Project Manager-Deliverable-based projects-Strategy-Planning-Assessment Job Description: Coordinates the distribution of materials at all phases of the project including distribution of vendor deliverables for state review and draft consolidation of the States responses. Organizes and maintains a project management library, project tools repository, and project management website. Participates in reviewing project plans within the project schedule on a weekly basis. Collaborates closely with OITS IT PM and ITS project resources, project sponsor, and other state agencies to manage tasks on the project. Documents and follows up on important action items and decisions from meetings. Prepares necessary presentation materials for project meetings. Records, reports and reviews schedule progress and variance weekly, conducting route cause analysis. Reviews existing project plans and schedules and develop missing components. Manages of the overall project/work plan to ensure work is organized, assigned and completed on time. Tracks and provides fiscal and administrative oversight of contracts. Reviews contract payments to ensure compliance with contract terms. Proactively manages the project risks and maintains the Project Risks Log incorporating risk updates and mitigation plans from all project vendors. Mandatory Qualifications: 60 - 84+ Months experience overseeing projects comprised of multiple deliverables- Delegating and coordinating of tasks- Project status, meetings, scope changes; Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education. 84 months experience in the development and maintenance of project schedules and creation of weekly progress reports for multiple stakeholder groups. Additional nice to have qualifications: 72 months IT project management experience working with government entities that required development of project scope statements and management of project scope, risks and issues. 36 months experience managing a PMO or resources providing oversight in the Unemployment Insurance Benefits area at the state level. 36 months experience with MS Project, Visio and excel to manage, review and assess project status. 36 months experience managing projects or initiatives that involved multiple agencies and/or vendors.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
