Work in coordination with a team of developers to write the new enhancements for the applications. Work with team and collaborate with other ITS technical groups to support application releases. The individual in this position will work as the Project Manager under the direction of the Portfolio Manager. Perform writing of complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database utilizing PL/SQL Preferred Qualifications: Plans, organizes, and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact. 84+ Months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Mandatory Qualifications: 84 Months of experience engaging in project management communication including guiding team meeting, customer interface activities, resolve project issues with CTO, prepare reports using Microsoft Office Suite particular MS project and Excel for status to IT leadership and agency executive management. 84 Months of experience in engaging in project communication including guiding regularly scheduled project team meetings, preparing meeting summaries, facilitating meetings to resolve project issues, preparing clear and concise status reports, presenting project status briefings to personnel, presenting project status briefings to project steering committees and/or agency executive management. 84 Months of experience in developing and managing l multi-tiered applications using Object Oriented patterns, ASP.Net, C# / VB, WCF, MVC, Bootstrap, HTML, XML, and third-party controls. 60 months experience using Java script libraries jQuery, AnguarJS or later. 84 months experience developing scale database applications using Oracle 11g or later, PL/SQL Queries, and stored procedures. 72 Months of experience in assisting stakeholders in data analysis, gathering business rules, and applying security for the design and implementation of business intelligence using Microsoft SSRS reporting.
