OBJECTIVE

The objective of this document is to obtain a contract to provide one on-site programmer/analyst based on the requirements described within this SOW.

QUALIFICATIONS

The contractor should demonstrate prior experience with the following:

? Oracle and SQL Server, including advanced PL-SQL and T-SQL, knowledge in both querying and coding

? Newtonsoft / JSON formatting
? Crystal / Active Reports
? IDM toolkit / ActiveX components

Skills / Expertise

• Algorithm design/development
• Top down design
• Flowcharting / Visio
• GIS


Familiarity with the following is not necessary, but would be beneficial:
Subject Matter
• Tax Mapping
• Conveyancing
• SCRPTSA verification system
• SCCO ERecording system

This shall include but not be limited to three prior verifiable successful engagements and 5 years of experience in relation to the above skills.

Vendor should be aware that Suffolk County may search government databases (PPIRS and/or FAPIIS) for information regarding vendor past performance with other government agencies. Suffolk County may also submit a performance review of the awarded vendor after the project has been completed.
