Candidate will be a member technical team that diagnoses and solves technical problems Responsibilities: Accessing, using and enhancing application monitoring tools such as CA Wily, HP/Mercury BAC & others Requesting and compiling production logs during production incidents Working with multiple team members troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving issues Providing support, including procedural documentation Following diagrams and written instructions to support incident management Supporting the roll-out of new application working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate); Prioritizing and managing multiple issues at one time; Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with other professionals (e.g., software developers); Testing and evaluating new technology; Interacting with internal and external teams either face to face or over the telephone Updating documentation and uploading to SharePoint Requirements: Experience with CA Wily, HP/Mercury BAC & other website monitoring tools Good communication skills both in person and on the phone are critical.
