Project Team: Lean Six Sigma,accountable for driving sustainable process improvement across traditional functional boundaries. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Change Agent: Assists in the Six Sigma implementation to confirm alignment with the strategic direction of the company; engage functional business leaders to adopt Six Sigma practices. * Drives key measurements for the organization which are quantifiable and measurable and which strategic performance is measured against. * Monitors results to make sure continuous improvements are maintained and benefits are sustainable over the long term. * Autonomously manages the problem solving and implementation process in relation to specific project work within Six Sigma and communicates to senior management on a variety of processes and technical issues. * Makes collaborative informed decisions that have significant financial and schedule impact to the company. * Drive adoption of best practices developed by Six Sigma teams across the organization. * Establishes and maintains relationships with senior management for the purpose of aligning objectives and removing obstacles for process implementation. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5 years experience directly with six sigma tools and methods. * Minimum 2 years work as a Black Belt is required. * Broad knowledge and application experience with process improvement, structured problem solving, TQM tools and methods. * Demonstrated project management excellence. Track record of results. * Strategic business acumen and deployment; taking creative action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a strategic systematic approach to decision-making. Excellent team facilitation skills. Can build teams in a collaborative work style; previous successful experience in team building and motivating others. Strong Leadership and Change Agent skills. Able to communicate effectively with others and establish credibility.
