Business Analysts structure, analyze and visualize an enterprises current state; design and visualize the future state; and design and guide the change process from current to future state. Developing sector knowledge is of foremost importance for all Business Analysts. Technical analysts can specialize in ERP, Application Management or Custom Software Development (CSD). Functional analysts can specialize in Strategy Execution, Business Process Transformation or Change Management. Required Skills and Experience: You are learning and developing the knowledge, technical skills and core consulting behaviors required to succeed in Application Services. You learn an appropriate methodology and acquire knowledge of either a business domain; a Package Based Solution; or a technical tool / programming language. You demonstrate flexibility and versatility in meeting objectives, and should be able to manage your workload and update management on task progress. Qualification: Minimum 2 years experience, Bachelors Degree. As a Business Analyst 1 you should have baseline skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge and package configuration. Business Systems Analyst Conducts/facilitates requirements gathering workshops Translates functional requirements into technical specifications Assists in Fit-Gap analysis of the current business processes with systems functionality. Reviews current business process with stakeholders and constituencies and documents business process description, scenarios and requirements Develops test cases to match business processes to be tested Works closely with the project technical team to ensure business perspective 25% nterfacing with Application PMs and their respective development teams 25% Interfacing with onshore & offshore Architects and developers 25% Reviews current business process with stakeholders and constituencies and documents business process description, scenarios and requirements 25% Writing Business Requirements Specifications and Technical Specification documents Strong technical understanding of .Net, Java, or MS Access Demonstrated experience in developing business requirements specification, and technical specification documents Conducts/facilitates requirements gathering workshops (client-facing) Assigns work to, and directs team of developers as needed to build/modify software components Experience working with an offshore development team Reviews current business process with stakeholders and constituencies and documents business process description, scenarios and requirements Works closely with the project technical team to ensure business perspective Works closely with the Project Manager to understand and execute the project Interacts with the Testing Team to construct test cases and execute required application testing Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong business analytic skills Hands-on experience in problem solving within complex technical environments Must be able to meet critical deadlines for assigned deliverables Accountable to Project manager for accuracy and completeness of assigned deliverables   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
