ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED .Net Development Analyst candidates must have: Minimum 5+ years experience Developing, Debugging, and Unit Testing ASP.NET Web Based Software Applications Minimum 3+ years experience with C# utilizing the Microsoft .NET Framework v3.5 or higher Demonstrated experience writing Transact SQL Stored Procedures for SQL Server 2005/2008 Experience with JavaScript and AJAX technologies Advanced knowledge and understanding of Design Patterns and/or Object Oriented (OO) Design and Analysis Experience with N-Tier (layered) Architecture implementing classes for both Data Layers and/or Business Layers integrating to a Microsoft SQL Server database Experience implementing Generics for displaying lists of data with Web Form controls Experience with WCF Web Services and/or interface classes Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Requirement Traceability experience preferred Demonstrated experience creating and executing system/technical design documentation with application development work experience Project based application development work experience and familiarity with SDLC Ability to multitask Must have strong oral and written communication skills Ability to Troubleshoot and ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues with projects.
