Demonstrable ability to lead a small team, collaborate effectively with adjacent teams to tackle problems Experience leading a large enterprise platform or product with large end-user exposure Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences Strong infrastructure automation skills in multiple programming languages (Ruby/Python preferred) Familiarity with Orchestration and Configuration Management tools (Puppet, Chef, etc) Windows System Administration background Certification(s) in AWS is helpful Experience with AWS GovCloud is beneficial Builds a culture of customer focus and high performance to drive innovation through continuous customer engagement to facilitate appropriate application upgrades and improvements Familiarity with Big Data tools and platforms (Hadoop, Greenplum, HVR, Casandra, etc.) Familiarity with HVR, Talend, and other ETL transport tools Data visualization development experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
