Essential Functions: Define business requirements for the project. Contemplate state-specific changes required. Should fully understand impact of project on all areas as well as to individual states. Develop high level requirements document to be shared with various business and systems partners. Identify issues/concerns to discuss with project team and lead resolution of requirements issues. Document state differences from One Product goal state and current policy center design. Document any new scope required (regulatory, statutory or unique items). Attend system requirements workshops and sign off on story cards. Conduct peer review of requirements. Provide business partners the opportunity to review requirements before they are sent to systems (walk through or via email). Conduct walk through of the requirements with systems to ensure they have a clear understanding of the requirements. Review system testing test plan and provide feedback to system testing. Participate in user acceptance testing Required Skills: 5 to 10 years prior requirements gathering and documenting experience Ability to research and interpret state statutory and regulatory elements 5 to 10 years experience in property & casualty (product, underwriting, compliance or pricing) Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task Strong communication and presentation skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Familiarity with Rational Requirements Composer (RRC) is desired but not mandatory   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
