These solutions include (but not limited to): Transportation Information Mapping System (TIMS), Transportation Information Decision Support Tool (TAMDST), ESRI Collector / Field Maps solutions. This position will function as a highly skilled SDA1 with specific responsibilities that include: • Designs, develops and implements database infrastructure to support assigned solutions • Develops and maintains Extract, Transfer and Load (ETL) procedures • Coordinates ETL processes across related systems • Provides expert guidance to development teams regarding database performance, needs and improvement opportunities • Monitors and tunes databases for optimal performance • Identifies cross-solution dependencies and change impacts • Performs troubleshooting and problem solving • Ensures all necessary database documentation is complete per agency guidelines • Works with analysts in the design and implementation of reports, views, queries or other information products 1. Strong communication skills. 2. Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session skills. 3. Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines. 4. Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills. 5. Demonstrate proven experience in troubleshooting with little supervision. 6. Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language.
