This will be to support the rewrite of the Automated Title Processing System (ATPS Blue). Required Skills: * All roles and responsibilities as outlined in TW3 plus the following * Experience using sound adult learning principles and story telling skills to create sCORM compliant eLearning courses * Experience creating SCORM compliant eLearning courses to support a distance learning program for users of an IT system * Experience as a Subject Matter Expert for content authoring tools - Lectora and Camtasia * Experience collaborating wth the LMS administrator to design, develop, test, debug and deliver eLearning content * Experience partnering with client, SMEs, and training team members to understand and meet their design expectations for blended learning solution * Experience in currculum development, ADDIE/SAM, storyboarding and adult learning principles * Must have the ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines * Must have an inquisitive and self starting attitude for learning a complex business Process IT application * Experience using eLearning authoring tools (Lectora, Camtasia Studio and Snagit ) to develop courses in these technologies * Experience creating graphics, animations, video/audio that clearly shows users how to use the new system * Experience working with Course Mill 6.0 or an equivalent LMS * Experience creating skills based assessments within an eLearning program Desired Skills: * Experience mentoring other trainers in the use of eLearning authoring tools (lectora, Camtasia Studio and Snagit) * Experience working in a client-centric SDLC project environment * Experience/interest in using gamification principles within an LMS to motivate geographically dispersed adult learners * Voice over experience for eLearning courses is a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
