Minimum qualifications: • Architect and design/engineer the Google Workspace, Google Identity, and Chrome OS ecosystem • 2+ years experience with Google Docs, Workspace & Classroom design, and administration of Google Console • Experience in the following areas of IT infrastructure: Networking (Wireless and network protocols), Identity Management (SSO, Google Console Administration), and Security (Proxy, firewalls). • 2+ years of experience with Google API scripting automation • Highly organized individual • Highly motivated self-starter interested in constant improvement. • Strong communication skills and a team player comfortable interacting with various internal and external groups. • Must be able to create design documents, system operating procedures & FAQs • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment. • Must demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills with ability to apply new technologies, concepts, & functionality to solve problems and implement solutions. • Must comprehend relationship between company policies, business & technical processes, and procedures Preferred qualifications: • Google Cloud Professional Certification: Experience in multiple disciplines in the following - Google Cloud Architect, Cloud Developer, Cloud Security, Collaboration Engineer, Cloud DevOps Engineer • Experience working with Enterprise operating systems including Chrome and Windows • Experience with application delivery in Chrome environment (e.g., web application and integration (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS), VDI solutions (Citrix) • Experience with Complex Google Workspace Admin configuration for Agency/OU Policies and Requirements • Experience using PowerShell • Help to facilitate Enterprise rollout of custom solutions that integrate Google Workspace functionality and work productivity. • Manual and automated provision and deprovision of Google Workspace Accounts through licensing. • Setup Google Analytics digital properties, enable dashboards & reports, troubleshoot and resolve issues proactive with predictive reports. • Escalate support issues to Google Support; follow up and resolve them in a timely manner. • Analyze trouble tickets from lower-tier teams; identify gaps in service to create and carry out new solutions. • Google Sites management for end-users; Sites testing • Manage and remediate issues related to Google Chrome on Chromebook/box devices • Collaborate with other IT functions to evaluate, prioritize, and resolve new issues & problem scenarios • Collaborate with IT Security & Audit to enforce strict cross platform security and audit controls • Documentation: Collaborate with other technical and functional teams to Document and support business rules, system operating procedures that pertain to the Google platform.
