Programmers typically are involved in maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Programmers have a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by the Application Team. The Programmer works with the Functional Architect and Technical Architecture Specialist on an as needed basis to ensure that design and code meets customer requirements Required Skills: * All roles specified in PR1,2,3,4, and including the following * Experience in Database design of relational databases and database normalization * MUST have the ability to see problems and solutions from an enterprise perspective * Experience as a SQL Server database developer(writing T SQL, stored procedures, optimizing queries by execution plan etc * Experience mentoring staff not familiar with relational database concepts * Experience with flat file and index table database construction as used in mainframe databases * Experience in data cleansing/conversion using scripts in SQL server * Experience with object promotion strategies between databases in different environments-dev, test, QA,production * Experience in working with large databases of 300 GB or greater * MUST be able to understand and enforce SQL server standards in creation and deployment of new database objects * Experience in SQL Server security and maintenance of security objects * Experience in ETL/Automations using integration services (SSIS) * Experience in Data Warehouse using SQL server 2008/2012 * Excellent communication skills both oral and written   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
