This candidate will develop software solutions for small to large enhancements including defect work within HRIT portfolio. Day to day responsibilities include working with various business partners and various roles within IT to understand the scope of work to be completed and planning this work through the SDLC. Interested candidates should have the following skills: Working experience in HR, Payroll, Benefits and Customer Relationship modules. 3+ years of PeopleTools experience with version 8.50 or above. 3+ years of PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS/CRM experience with version 9.0 or above. Solid experience with PeopleCode, App engine, Component Interface, SQRs etc. Solid Oracle SQL and UNIX experience. Knowledge of the system development life cycle and defect management. Six years of experience in programming and systems analysis. This position requires strong technical and communication skills as well as the ability to build relationships quickly with various roles within IT.
