The SharePoint Developer should have strong competencies in designing and developing solutions using Microsoft SharePoint products and technologies, and will take primary responsibility for designing, developing, and testing specific solutions based on pre-defined requirements. Two plus years experience with SharePoint projects is required. Companies may propose UP TO THREE (3) separate candidates to be considered for the project; however only one developer will be selected. If multiple candidates are proposed, Client will score each candidate separately. Skills: In order to be considered for the project described in this RFP, Client requires that the proposed candidate(s) must meet, at a minimum, all of the following qualification requirements. a) Be part of an agency/organization with multiple employees (Not a private individual). b) Proven technical skill set that has been demonstrated in the development of enterprise line of business applications and their integration into heterogeneous enterprise systems. c) Minimum of four (4) years client web development within a .NET Framework (.NET 3.5+, C# 2.0+ / ASP.NET 2.0+, XML, XSL). d) Minimum of two (2) years InfoPath form development experience. e) Minimum of two (2) years experience creating and/or using SharePoint lists, libraries, workflows, and content/records management capabilities. f) Experience designing and developing web pages, web parts, master pages and layout pages. g) Experience designing sites with Microsoft SharePoint Designer, preferably 2010. h) Experience designing SharePoint workflows, preferably with Nintex. i) Bidder must provide three (3) business references from companies or government agencies where the vendor has had contracts for similar projects within the past five (5) years.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
