Job Description Developer: Spatial Concepts And Designs, ESRI Tools, Transportation Roadway Networks, GeoCoding And LRS Oracle 11g

Description:

Client is looking for a database programmer to mentor their technical and non technical staff on the benefits and features of spatially enabled attribute related to their road network and assets on their network . This person will mentor various teams on the best technical approach to the programming data elements in the spatial world.

Required Skills:

* All roles specified in PS4
* Proficient in spatial concepts and designs
* Strong understanding of ESRI tools
* Deep understanding of Transportation Roadway networks, GeoCoding and LRS
* Proficient in programming data and data related elements in an Oracle 11g spatial environment
* Strong communication skills - will be required to develop and lead brown bag learning sessions

Desired Skills:

* Can communicate spatial concepts and designs to technical and non-technical audiences
* Familiar with ESRIs Roads and Highways
