The engineer will be responsible for compiling a list of software that is authorized and unauthorized on all Linux servers and mapping the application or tool back to the vendor / internal processes. Qualifications: 4 years experience The candidate must have a working background in all current Linux [RedHat versions 5, 6, 7] drivers and 3rd Linux Enterprise Applications Various industry wide security tools RedHat Satellite Automation mindset Strong Excel knowledge Experience with systems management processes Experience maintaining program libraries and technical documentation May have experience coordinating program/project team activities and assisting in monitoring program/project schedules and costs Ability to open, manage, solve and close problems with vendor support centers. Degree of experience in Secured Configuration Knowledge Ability to quickly resolve issues and strong communication skills Ability to maintain professional demeanor in stressful situations Analytical and detail oriented – individuals must have passion and initiative Independent-thinker and self-starter, who still can work well within team environment Follow-up and attention to detail with great customer service skills.
