Individual will partner with the development and operations teams in a distributed environment during all phases of project lifecycle to support design, configuration, automation, testing, migration phases and impact triage and incident resolution. This resource will have excellent communication, leadership, finance and documentation skills to drive design phases and deployment rollouts in line with project requirements and constraints. Detailed Description: • Provides efficient implementation of product and service delivery tasks with urgency • Articulates the business value and impact of technical and non-technical information • Engages enthusiastically in collaborative group efforts efficiently across distributed remote colleague environments • Delivers process documentation for large-scale projects • Must have a strong technology background to understand change requests and impacts • Responds to service requests from individual colleagues, project managers and management • Performs all technical program tasks with minimal supervision • Must have strong project task coordination skills • Provide Level 3 engineering support and delivery for all enterprise hosting components and environment architectures Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors degree or commensurate experience in Infrastructure field • Min 5 years of enterprise experience regarding design, build and run of a virtualized 10,000+ OSI environment utilizing High Availability, Replication and DR capabilities • Min 5 years of enterprise experience related to all listed, including understanding detailed comparison of primary competitors of: • ESXi on VMware vSphere v6.7/v6.5/v6.0, vCenter, vRealize, vCloud Suite • Cisco UCS, UCS Manager, UCS Central • Expert design abilities and experience including validating requirements, solutions engineering, project estimations • Advanced analysis and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze data from various sources to determine next steps • Proven ability to assess implications of proposed changes on processes and systems • Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignment simultaneously • Negotiation skills with the ability to influence others by educating and sharing information • Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to a variety of audiences • Ability to instinctively adapt, plan, inform, and influence Preferred Qualifications: • Min 3 years of enterprise experience related to technologies listed, including understanding detailed comparison of primary competitors of: • HCI solutions on Nutanix and software-defined VMware VCF, VMC on AWS • Certification and expert knowledge experience supporting Windows and Linux virtualization in VMware technologies • Certification or expert knowledge experience supporting Cisco UCS, Nutanix • Advanced knowledge of SDN virtual switching technologies including Cisco ACI and VMware NSX capabilities and design attributes • Advanced knowledge of software packages or tools for processing or displaying data related to all listed: ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel, SQL Queries • Advanced knowledge and experience in automation via XML, Powershell, Puppet Enterprise • Advanced knowledge of software defined platforms including Cisco UCS, UCS Manager and Central, Nutanix Prism • Advanced knowledge of IaaS design of on-prem private cloud, hybrid cloud and public cloud services a   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
