The scope of work under this contract includes the following: 1.1 Validation of supplied system security and infrastructure specifications for potential and current online program providers. The specifications will be supplied by the potential or current online provider via survey (See attached Security Assessment). The supplied system security and infrastructure specifications are comprised of: 1.1.1 Hardware, software, and internet connection speed; 1.1.2 Risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery; 1.1.3 Secure configurations for mobile devices; 1.1.4 Malware defenses; 1.1.5 Data recovery capability; 1.1.6 Secure configurations for network devices; 1.1.7 Account monitoring and control; 1.1.8 Maintenance, monitoring, and analysis of audit logs; and 1.1.9 Data loss prevention Aligning with CIS benchmarks and NIST controls 1.2 Reports findings for minimum industry acceptable standards based upon the supplied system security and infrastructure specifications, which may include deficiencies and recommended solutions. 1.3 On an as needed basis, verification of stated system security and infrastructure in place for the potential or current online providers. This verification will be conducted via remote access into online program providers infrastructure for purposes of verifying; 1.3.1 Audit logs for inconsistencies; 1.3.2 Verification that security safeguards have been implemented correctly; and 1.3.3 Security testing and evaluation (ST&E) to determine if the technical safeguards are functioning as prescribed Requirement Description During the interview process with the ODPS staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resources experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offerors proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance. The ODPS has estimated that it will require one (1) part-time resource to provide up to 90 hours in fiscal year 2019 This work will be conducted from the Shipley building. Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills. 8. Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably using the English language.
