This resource will assist in the management of multiple complex, multi-year enterprise projects in multiple roles. The selected PM will be working with the OAKS enterprise program manager will be responsible for the following aspects of OAKS Enterprise related projects: • Budget management • Oversight of project plans and associated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) • Scope management • Working with project teams reviewing and providing input into project status reports • Anticipating issues / risks and proactively addressing them. • Resolving conflicts with sensitivity and tact. • Effectively communicating with stakeholders, vendors and customers. • Assisting with end user readiness for new services being deployed. • Writing project communications to information end users of project status and other critical information. • Manage communication planning, development, distribution, and feedback mechanisms for assigned projects. • Develop and manage ongoing communications with agency liaisons and project teams. • Monitor, administer and update assessments and surveys. The resource will begin their assignment splitting time between the Organizational Change Management (OCM) and PMO teams. The candidates must have the following skills: - Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills. Microsoft Visio and Project experience are a plus. - Strong communication and collaboration skills and experience. - Strong project management skills and experience, with the ability to identify and track project tasks. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Must possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines. - Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills. - Must be able to evaluate the work of others and provide constructive input.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
