Your responsibilities will include: · Design and implement logical and physical data models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis. · Map data flows between various systems and applications to optimize data movement and minimize errors. · Lead the development and implementation of a master data management strategy to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization. · Develop and enforce data quality standards and processes to maintain the integrity of ODAs data and ensure smooth exchange with the Innovate Ohio platform. · Champion and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data security, privacy, and accessibility within ODA and when collaborating with the Innovate Ohio platform. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams within ODA and with the Innovate Ohio platform team to understand business needs and translate them into technical data solutions that enable collaboration. · Stay abreast of emerging data management trends and technologies, evaluating their potential application within ODA and for enhancing collaboration with the Innovate Ohio platform. Mandatory Requirements/Time · Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field. · Minimum 7 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or a similar role. · Proven experience in designing and implementing logical and physical data models. · In-depth knowledge of data warehousing and data management concepts. · Expertise in master data management principles and best practices. · Strong understanding of data quality methodologies and data cleansing techniques. · Experience with data governance frameworks and procedures. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders within ODA and with the Innovate Ohio platform team. · Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
