Job Description : Role: Manual QA Tester Duration: Open Ended Contract RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary role is to understand business requirements and technical specifications, maintain relationships with the business, and gain knowledge as to how these requirements have been documented. The IT BA should have an understanding of business priorities and the relative importance of their projects. The IT BA should be familiar with creating test plans, requirements, scenarios and test data for use during testing. Perform Quality Testing activities to ensure various testing procedures were executed in accordance with Program Methodology. Assess Testing activities performed by the Program to ensure testing was completed and that sufficient documentation was produced and retained, appropriately. Interact with Project Managers from multiple teams to perform follow-ups in order to conclude on testing results. Maintain documentation of results and communicate results to respective teams within the Project QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science, Business or related discipline preferred 2-4 years experience in analyzing business processes in order to obtain evidence to ensure controls are functioning properly. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Demonstrates proven IT knowledge of business analysis process and functions Strong collaboration, multi-tasking and organization skills. Strong oral and written communication skills, Speak English fluently and clearly Demonstrates proven ability to prioritize team tasks Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the industry and trends Works independently, often determining own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
