Administrator (Jobs in Mason, OH)   Requirement id 43190 Job title Administrator Job location in Mason, OH Skills required Stakeholder Communications, Proven Experience, Business System Analysts, Open Date 10-Feb-2015 Close Date Job type Not specified Duration 8 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type --- Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Administrator: Stakeholder Communications, Proven Experience, Business System Analysts, "MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Clarify and align talent/learning needs • Research and evaluate current curricula and content to identify needed areas of adjustment and alignment to business strategy and meet the needs of all levels of the LC organization. • Utilize current knowledge of the most recent advances in adult learning, instructional design and e-learning to provide critical input to the department. • Work with their peers to continually evolve the Luxottica Retail Curricula • Be able to facilitate sessions both small and large group at field and store level • Identify role-based learning for Luxottica Retail curricula through needs analysis • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) catalogue updates on a bi-annual basis • Partner with their customers (Brand initiative owners, Center of expertise, Field Leaders) to ensure they understand the Luxottica Retail Curricula and goals • Facilitate review and approvals with initiative owners, cross functional partners, brand leadership and HR • Manage operational budget for projects • Develop training materials ensuring all materials and programs are learner focused, interactive, effective and user-friendly. • Identify and help prioritize development of brand-specific learning needs/initiatives that may fall outside the scope of the Luxottica Retail Curricula • Provides quality assurance of course delivery • Support definition of an annual Learning Plan for their customers • Own an annual Learning Scorecard for their customers • Communicates with team and Subject Matter Experts to ensure content congruence among all curriculum tracks • Analyzes evaluation data to determine curricular needs or adjustments • Monitors measurement strategy for learning curricula and reports results • Provides input into annual training calendar • Contributes to annual budget development process • Manages project deadlines, deliverables, and external resources COMMUNICATION WITH OTHERS INTERNAL • Cross functional Partners: Innovations, Marketing Product etc • Stores Centers of Expertise: Service Quality, Eye Care • Operations: Zone Vice Presidents, Field Managers, Store Managers, and Frontline Associates. • Talent Management and Media Corporate communications and Graphic DesignHR: Human Resource Business Partners and HRBCs EXTERNAL • Hotel/retail shopping vendors where training schools will be located • Occasional external consultants to fill niche training / event needs SPECIFICATIONS • Travel required; 40% KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS • Consensus building in a complex multi-stakeholder environment • Ability to conduct learning needs analysis through a proven, consistent methodology • Ability to influence clients through change and ensure adherence to the approved Luxottica Retail (including brand-specific components) curricula • Ability to influence design and implementation of training programs that address the brands business strategies and learning needs • Strong planning, organization Job Title: Sr. Instructional Designer 10% travelling - expense reimbursement Most work on site in Mason"   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
