Job Responsibilities: - Maintain technical system documentation - Provide production support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolving technical issues/defects - Applying technical direction including software and application standards - Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and best practices - Assist in scoping and estimating for programming tasks and implementation plans - Implementation of third-party software products with Hybris - Consult with the lead engineer to evaluate new Hybris modules/extensions or other application technologies for potential use - Stay up-to-date with the latest Hybris version and provide upgrade recommendations - Maintain and enforce governance over higher-environments, including deployment timing, change control procedures, data management, environment access, etc. - Collaborating with team members, leadership and key stakeholders to coordinate software releases, patches and other ad-hoc requests - Confirming that any needed security configuration and mandatory settings are in place - Manage Hybris access and back office - Work with Application Managed Service (AMS) team to track, compile, and analyze web site usage data to include; SLAs and Average ticket time Required Skill Sets: - Technical Bachelors degree required (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, etc.) - Minimum 3 years of experience in Hybris eCommerce B2B Accelerator (v1808) development and 5+ years of experience in tech roles - Minimum 3 years Java and web development - Extremely strong understanding of core Hybris eCommerce modules out-of-the-box functionality (multichannel architecture, data modeling, data exchange/integration, custom extension development, etc.) - Must have system integration experience using Spring integration, REST/SOAP, and/or JM - Design/implement web services (REST/SOAP) - Ability to develop secure applications (OWASP Top 10, PCI, PII) - Data management (SQL, XML, JSON) - Ability to troubleshoot/analyze java cores, heap dumps, and all Hybris Server logs to determine root cause of issues - Automation testing - Agile methodologies - Familiarity with Azure (compute, storage, database, etc.) Preferred Experience: - Functional understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S4 Hana B2B - Experience integrating Hybris eCommerce with 3rd party systems like: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sitecore, Hubspot -Experience with Android and iOS mobile development and deployment -Technical Masters degree preferred or equivalent certifications   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
