This role will be located in the OKC Capital area and will report to the Enterprise Architecture Manager. Required Job Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related field • 6+ years of work experience in a relevant role • Proven history of generating innovative and effective solutions • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily digestible manner • Experience with database management and proper systems security best practices • Self-motivated • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team • Previous project management experience is preferred • Experience working with application development and business and technical architecture. • Experience working in Microservices architecture • Experience in application and/or product feature design • Experience in application configuration • Experience in application development platforms and/or languages (HTML/CSS/Java) • Experience in cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS) • Experience in DevOps and/or continuous deployment and/or integration process and tools (Jenkins, • Maven, SonarQube, Jira, Git) • Experience in integration technologies (for ex. SOA, ESB) • Experience in solution architecture • Application domain knowledge • Problem solving / analytical thinking • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations • Negotiation ability, especially the ability to fight respectfully for the right solution and offer options • Experience with risk mitigation • Thought leadership – ability to see big picture and lead to a bigger/better solution Preference will be given to candidates who possess: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Management Information Systems (MIS) • Product-specific application architecture, knowledge of Oracles technology stack • Ability to tie together solutions across systems This position will be expected to: • Develop overall architectural vision for projected enterprise solution and transform that vision through execution • Design and implement solutions • Comprehend business strategies and requirements and develop necessary designs and plans to Ensure projects and solutions satisfy those needs • Act as a contributing member of the project team from project inception to completion • Actively listen to client problems and needs to implement that information when creating solution plans • Provide advice and make decisions about which technologies would be suitable to use for various projects • Consistently monitor the scope of projects • Collaborate with project managers and other staff members to develop budgets and timelines for solutions and assess and evaluates risk as required • Work very closely with technical, application development, architecture and business teams • Maintain understanding of how individual work and decisions fit into the broader organizational picture • Mentor, educate, and train colleagues as requested • Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems. • Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of solution to project stakeholders. • Defining features, phases, and solution r   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
