Job Description : It has an immediate need for a short term Scrum Master with a large healthcare provider in the Baltimore area. Responsible for the coordination and oversight of one or more IT related projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction. Projects will mainly consist of established or small to medium departmental level complexity. Tracks and reports on budgets associated with projects and participates in the creation of budgets. Participates in the procurement process and identifies potential budget issues. Tracks project status and collects data for decision support necessary to effectively manage scope, quality, time frames and budget of projects. Requirements: Four (4) year college degree, preferable in Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, or project management. Requires basic knowledge and understanding of the interrelationships of enterprise infrastructure technologies and information systems applications Effective meeting management, presentation, time management and communication skills. Ability to plan, organize, direct, implement and evaluate processes to lead people and manage resources to achieve desired results. Must be goal oriented, pragmatic, self-disciplined, and organized with ability to facilitate, interact effectively with all levels of management.
