The purpose of this request is to procure Developer services for ODOT Information Services Branch (IT Planning & Governance) to support ODOTs implementation of the Payroll Modernization project. The primary tasks the contractor will perform are as follows: Contractor Shall: • As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be a member of a technical team working on projects and activities that support integration, construction, operations and maintenance of ODOT information systems. • Analyze ODOT systems, interfaces, processes, and databases and provide documentation as needed for business, technical and maintenance processes. • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases/scenarios, and detailed test scripts for testing of system functionality, data processing and system integrations. • Document testing errors and work with project team to resolve and retest reported errors. • Analyze data needs and design data flows in context of overall system architecture. • Coordinate with IT project manager, analysts, developers, DBAs, operations teams and software vendors technical resources to complete project deliverables. • Interact with business SMEs to document and verify their data needs including system flows and context of any changes. • Analyze data input fields and data processing and validate the output. • Analyze and design appropriate information processes for data flow and reporting outputs to assist business users. • Design and create technical specifications for developers to code and unit test. • Develop testing strategy for end-to-end system testing with inputs and outputs of system interfaces. • Review system data, find issues, normalize design and recommend changes to data models.
