Job Description Specialist: Applications Systems Specialist, Test Cases, Test Scripts, ISTQB Certification

The CAM Project needs an experienced analyst to perform test design, script writing and execution. The person will translate business process documentation into UAT test cases for end-user execution. Will also provide assistance in developing and enhancing existing testing information for long-term automation of regression testing.

Skills:

Test case development

Systems analysis

Business process analysis and transformation

Ability to review design documentation and translate to functional and user test cases

Ability to test software against requirements

Familiarity with ISTQB Foundation level standards, certification preferred

Provides technical support to the team responsible for a subset of business systems applications. Provides assistance in one or all areas applications that includes testing, design and analysis. Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications. May require a bachelors degree in area of specialty and at least three years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Anticipated duration is six months from the execution of the WOC, up to the 1040 hour maximum.
