A contractor is needed in Harleysville, PA to fulfill the role of Quality Engineering Coach. The assignment will be to work with the Application Suites, partnering with application owners to develop their Quality Management Approach, leveraging risk based testing tools and script-less automation tools where applicable. Responsibilities: The Quality Engineering Coach will have additional expectations to define the test strategy and approach for a given application suite by assessing and recommending the appropriate test automation tools and practices. The Coach will lead the adoption of the test automation tools and techniques to enable efficient and lean testing practices for business solution areas. Candidates should have test leadership experience leading projects across multiple teams and applications with the ability to define, create, execute, and maintain end to end tests for business areas. The approach includes but is not limited to: Defines test data strategy to support scope/asset level tests: identifies test data patterns for functional testing. Develops story/feature-level acceptance tests; executes script-less acceptance tests and conducts exploratory testing and structured manual testing Leverages Risk Based Testing tools to help optimize test suites Implements the Quality Management Approach to optimizes test suites Qualifications: Tosca - Quality Engineering Coach - AS1 and AS2 certification required Travel between Harleysville and Des Moines will be required Experience with testing on Agile teams translating business requirements into testable components. Must have demonstrated experience with test planning, test design and execution with an end to end testing mindset by maintaining and building test suites. Must have strong collaboration and communication skills.
