Primary responsibility is to ensure availability and facilitate productive use of a product for Application Teams or end users. * Candidate will provide systems monitoring scripting/management pack authoring and application deployment scripting to support a complex and distributed Windows Server IT infrastructure. * The primary role for this position will be to support the Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager and System Center Configuration Manager team. * The candidate will need advanced level scripting skills in VB Scripting and PowerShell. An understanding of authoring XML code to support SCOM Management Pack Authoring initiatives is required. * Candidate will also administer and maintain the existing SCOM system as well as participate in the design, implementation, and migration to future versions.
