Responsible for investigating and reversing charges associated with disputes and chargebacks Under general supervision, resolves detailed client/customer technical and/or operational problems with designated software and other company products. Provide more detailed explanations to clients regarding software use, navigation, reporting and other technical operations. Discusses problems and inquiries with other department personnel and offers technical assistance and insures proper handling and follow-up. Develop, document and educate users on policies and procedures Uses limited independent judgment to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines. Solves problems using standard procedures and precedents. 2nd Level Customer support for cardholders transaction issues and other related matters. Provides prompt resolution pf problems through analysis and evaluation of issues. Corresponds with cardholder via phone and email until customer concern is addressed. Escalate cardholder issues when appropriate. Provides some supportive advice with limited impact on the use of resources. Capable of working at the detailed level and/or a broad, strategic level as the situation requires. Special projects as assigned. Has a working knowledge of a skill or discipline that requires basic analytic ability. Has an overall understanding of the work environment and process. Has an understanding of funds movement within financial products. Has an understanding of the credit, debit or prepaid card products. Has excellent communication skills both written and oral.
