The desired working location for this role is downtown Pittsburgh however the manager will consider candidates who can work from their Cleveland OHIO Operations Center location Client is looking for local candidates residing in either Pittsburgh or Cleveland Ohio that has the following skills: * Louts Notes Client (email, calendar and sametime) * Daily support of Level 3 Corporate Help Desk Service Now Incidents * Daily user id registrations, updates and deletions * Problem Management. Client prefers candidates with experience working for large clients and has financial services industry expeirence.
