The deployment model is an iterative approach and the applications are also pulling in data from multiple data sources. ON THE JOB: - Review, analyze and evaluate business data, processes, systems and user needs. - Document business functional requirements in accordance with project scope and objectives - use cases, user stories. - Facilitate knowledge transfer to technical teams on documented business requirements. - Participate in business user acceptance testing efforts including the creation of the business testing strategy, the creation of the user test scripts and organizing overall testing logistics - Responsible for tracking, triaging and reporting of all user defects - Develop support transition documentation collaboratively with the developers CANDIDATE PROFILE: - Familiarity with relational database, client-server, and web application concepts - Excellent Communication skills, regular communication and interaction with business and project stakeholders as well as cross project functional teams. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and summarize information from a variety of sources - Data Analytics skills, Intermediate SQL skills to evaluate business data flowing into the applications. - Positive Attitude and Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment - Experience working as a business analyst on a web application project. -Ability to work as a team member with all members of the organization - Knowledge of the natural gas and electricity markets is an asset but not required; Aptitude to learn clients business. - Knowledge of commonly-used IT concepts, practices, project methodologies (e.g., agile, waterfall, hybrid, etc.) *** Candidates from subvendors should be local to Western PA ***   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
