The output will result in a business service review report for presentation and discussion with business contacts. Responsibilities: Work with Application teams and business users to aggregate application key workload data Conduct application analysis to identify key areas of improvement Work with Application teams and business users to deliver business view with technical application data proving the businesses cases for Application infrastructure solutions Preferred Candidate Experience: Infrastructure capacity knowledge in Virtual Machine Capacity, Mainframe, Distributed Systems, Network and Storage. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint needed for metric report development and tracking.
