The current scope of work includes delivery of solutions involving Driver License, Vehicle, Title and Registration, Reporting, Business licensing and inspections. As a .Net Lead Developer, candidates must perform the following: * Provide daily support to existing web & windows applications. * Participate in the full life cycle of development (define, develop, test, install, and maintain) of existing applications as well as new initiatives. * The Web Developer must be able to manage development activities from the planning phase through the implementation phase. * Position will require participation in the design and planning of enhancements to existing applications and development of new applications. * Interface with other team members, management, and end-users on a regular basis. Required Skills: * 5 years .NET development experience with 4 years of experience managing IT teams of 4 or more developers and/or systems integrators * 5 years of Information Technology (IT) project management experience * Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team and customer representatives, as well as Senior Managers * Must be able to manage a team of 4-6 resources effectively and provide effective feedback and reporting to HP Management * Must be able to lead a team of developers working across Agile Scrum teams in adhering to coding standards, providing solutions to problem code areas, and recommending methods of coding to achieve customer needs and high quality code * Must be able to review other developer team members coding assignments quickly and effectively in an Agile development environment * Must be able to work with the Project Architecture team to deliver developed code to achieve architectural standards Education and Experience Required: * First level University degree plus 5 years directly related experience. * Advanced University degree a plus.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
